RETURN & REFUND POLICY (USA ORDERS)

By ordering from SaleWinterJackets, you agree to the following terms.

A. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

  • 14 days to request a return from delivery date.
  • Eligibility: Unworn, unused items with tags and original packaging.
  • Exclusion: Manufacturer Direct items are final sale (no returns).

B. RETURN PROCESS

  2. Approved returns receive a shipping label and instructions.
  3. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

C. DAMAGED/Wrong Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items—we’ll resolve the issue.

D. EXCHANGES

Eligible for damaged, wrong item, wrong size, or defective products. Contact us to request an exchange.

E. RESTOCKING FEE

None—no restocking fees for returns.

F. REFUNDS

  • We’ll notify you after inspecting returns.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Allow time for your bank/credit card company to post the refund.

G. UNUSED DISCOUNTS

Discounts not applied at checkout cannot be refunded or adjusted retroactively.
