B. TRANSIT & HANDLING

  • Transit: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Cut-off: 5 PM EST (New York)
  • Handling: 1–2 business days

C. DELIVERY CARRIERS

Shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

D. ADDRESS CHANGES

Cannot change addresses for orders in transit. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@SaleWinterJackets.com to modify.

E. CANCELLATIONS

Cancel orders before dispatch. For dispatched orders, see our refund policy.

F. DAMAGED PARCELS

Reject damaged parcels upon delivery or email support@SaleWinterJackets.com if already received.

G. MANUFACTURER DIRECT SHIPPING

  • Method: Standard ground (carrier varies by manufacturer)
  • Handling: 1–2 business days (possible delays)
  • Transit: 1–5 business days (location-dependent)
  • Tracking: Sent via email after dispatch
